We have seen instances where after upgrading to Windows 10, JMR's auto detection no longer works as Winpcap has become corrupt during the upgrade to Windows 10.

There are several solutions which have worked for others:

Soln 1: Reinstall official Winpcap 4.1.3

1. Uninstall Winpcap and reboot

2. Install Winpcap and reboot

3. In JMR, ensure Winpcap is selected in Settings > Internet Downloads and the correct Network interface is selected

Winpcap can be found in JMR's installation folder which is normally: C:\Program Files (x86)\Jaksta Technologies\Jaksta Media Recorder 6\WinPcap_4_1_3.exe

Soln 2: Use Win10pcap

1. Uninstall Winpcap and reboot

2. Download win10pcap from here: http://www.win10pcap.org/ and install and reboot

3. In JMR, ensure Winpcap is selected in Settings > Internet Downloads and the correct Network interface is selected

Soln 3:  Dont use Winpcap - use Jaksta Network Monitor

1. Uninstall Winpcap and reboot

2. Install Jaksta Network Monitor and reboot

3. In JMR, ensure Network Monitor is selected in Settings > Internet Downloads

Jaksta Network Monitor can be found in JMR's installation folder which is normally:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Jaksta Technologies\Jaksta Media Recorder 6\JakstaNM.exe
