In this case we recommend that you try an other version of ffmpeg.
To change to another version of ffmpeg please perform the following steps:
Backup the version of ffmpeg.exe in Replay Media Catcher's installation folder which is usually C:Program FilesApplian TechnologiesReplay Media Catcher 4.
Download a version from the links above and place in Replay Media Catcher's installation folder.
