• The content was previously played and cached by the browser – clear the browser cache or use WM Capture
  
• If you have Vista/Win7 and don’t use Internet Explorer browser open OPTIONS and click “Associate browser” to uncheck this option. Close all browser windows before restarting WM Recorder.
  
• If you have Vista/Win7 and you’re using Internet Explorer browser close all opened browser windows thenclick OPTIONS/Select recording browser and double click to open Internet Explorer.
  
• The recorder was not active when you start playing the content. To enable URL capturing you need to refresh the web page and click the link again.
  
• WM Recorder files wmrecorder.exe and wmrurl.exe are blocked by your security program
