1. Uninstall your current version of Replay Music
  2. Re-boot your computer (very important)
  3. Download and install the most recent version of Replay Music.
  4. Make sure that you are clicking on the "continue" button instead of the "cancel" button when asked to make changes to the system during installation.
  5. Make sure all previous versions of all of our programs are closed and not open or in the taskbar.

NOTE:  For Replay Music version 7 and above it is not necessary to uninstall prior to updating.
