Sometimes when Replay Music switches the audio input/output to Soundflower the volume will decrease some. Here's how to make sure that your audio level is at a level best for Audio Capture (this will also improve tagging):


  1. With Replay Music closed, Go to System Preferences > Audio
  2. IMPORTANT: Make note of your current default audio input and output devices so that you can switch them back when we're done changing the Soundflower volume settings.
  3. In the Output tab, select Soundflower (2ch) then increase the volume slider at the bottom.



  4. Now re-select your default device for output (that you noted in step 2 above).
  5. In the Input tab, select Soundflower (2ch) then increase the volume sliders at the bottom.
  6. Now re-select your default device for input (that you noted in step 2 above).


You'll now hear the audio louder while recording, and have louder audio in your recordings. You can adjust these settings to your liking for the best audio experience.
