The default file size for track tag lookups is 9MB. FLAC files are typically much larger.
If you'd like FLAC files to tag, simply change the max tagging limit in Settings to a limit that will more than accommodate the size of the FLAC files that you're saving. You change this by going to settings-Naming Rules. I typically use 100,000 or even higher..
